The short answer
If you searched for PhotoCraft ArtCraft, you are looking at a product and its parent brand. The official Crafting Apps directory links to PhotoCraft alongside tools for other creative tasks. Clicking the Studio launch button takes you to a different workflow from opening a PhotoCraft document.
Which name belongs to which task?
For example, preparing a product photo for a listing is an image-editing task. Turning a sketch into scalable outlines is a vector task. Generating a new scene from an idea is different again. Follow the app link that describes your next action.
| Name | Start here when you want to |
|---|---|
| PhotoCraft | Edit a picture or a layered image document |
| ArtCraft Studio | Use the team’s AI image and video workspace |
| VectorCraft | Draw and refine vector paths |
| JPG to SVG image editor | Crop, resize or re-encode one picture in this browser |
Find the actual PhotoCraft download
Use the PhotoCraft page on getartcraft.com or the storytold/photocraft repository. The v0.7.0 release is the version used for this guide; it is a dated reference, not a permanent claim to be the newest build. A self-hosted web package also exists, and requires deployment before use.
Free apps and AI services have separate terms
A free PhotoCraft download does not tell you the price of a Studio generation. Check Studio pricing when that is the service you need. Likewise, open-source code and brand assets can carry different terms; do not assume a code license grants permission to represent a site as official.
Finish a smaller image task now
If your immediate job is a crop, a new width or a PNG/JPEG/WebP export, our free browser image editor handles that single image locally. It is a separate lightweight tool, with no account or installation. Keep PhotoCraft for the wider layered-editing workflow.
